Still pretty new - 6 months in, but compared to other PEOs I have worked for - I see so much potential here - the team, the leadership, the culture. And by potential, I don't mean that we aren't already great, but we all recognize growth opportunities and support them.

Still relatively new and learning more each day about ADP. It's never dull, which I love. Always new challenges and I have some great colleagues that will chip in and help.

Challenging, in a good way. Awesome leaders in my area (I'm sure in others too - just speaking to my experience). Accountability could be worked on. We are definitely customer focused (could use more technology for our colleague experience). Socially responsible.

I love the communication from Leadership here. Makes me feel included and that I am invested in the company's future.

There is always something happening. Love to watch all the exciting things going on, even if I am not participating.

Comradery. Oppty to do new things. Being able to check things off my to do list - accomplishment.

Solving problems. Helping people. Sales is my Alex. And they always need tons of help (in a good way). :)

There are many different groups you can join. And even if a group isn't about you, you can join to learn more about the group. Everyone is welcome.

Some of the old school are set in their ways, and they are not good ways. Looking forward to seeing a mindset change (this is the way we have always done it)

I am not certain. I am still learning and experiencing what all ADP has to offer. I do believe I have strong support from not only my leader, a director - but also his leader.

Pay is great. And I understand how much benefits has gone up in the years! Grateful to have coverage - do I wish were less expensive, yes - but let's be real, it is a significant cost everywhere!

My team is in the "norming" stage, we are have been together about a year now and it has been a ride, but all good. We've gotten to know each other better and are really forming an awesome team.

For the most part, I would say the culture here is shared. I believe there needs to be more open communication amongst the different areas. Break down the silos. But that is inherent in a business of this size.

I love that Maria has experience in the PEO. Understanding the difference on the co-employment to employment is critical. For my leadership, my director is just awesome. I feel valued. And for our VP, he has actually reached out to just check on me. That is huge!!

I think teams go thru versions - we are constantly changing. And I appreciate that my team leans on each other, even in not so fun times - we can respectfully share grievance and fondly share the good stuff. We have a diverse group of work backgrounds - each bringing their own ideas.

It depends on which one you are referring too. I love having a woman as CEO - she is a true representation of a leader and embodies traits we should all hope to have. My personal leadership team rocks. They show concern and care for me. Truly happy to be hear - do what you love!
