It's great for the first year. This year's experience with TaskUs became so draining because of the other Leaders' attitude of disregarding concerns of Teammates. I felt that we are not being heard enough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The relationship we have built because of our amazing Immediate Supervisor
What makes you most happy at work?
The work environment is calming during my shift however, during mornings there is a foul smell that is making me uncomfortable inside the production floor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of TaskUs is the best. However, since this year, it has been observed that it is not being considered or shown especially by the Leaders.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the most is the relationship that my Immediate Supervisor invests in us, her teammates/team. This builds strong bond and comfortability that motivates the team to perform their/our best when it comes to meeting our KPIs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a teammate of a Non-Voice account, it doesn't mean that our work is lighter and I believe that we deserve a competitive salary as we ensure the quality of work just as much as the other accounts do. We do not just type or copy and paste everyday. We perform quality and professional work everyday
