My colleagues have been amazingly supportive and friendly which I'm grateful for. The work is definitely challenging and the pace is fast which I take head-on as I enjoy pushing my limits and growing. Benefits in terms of insurance, PTO and the pay are disappointing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The topics and types of clients we service are highly complicated, challenging and because of that, the pay should start higher. The support is good but the difficulty of the job and the various metrics needed to be reached just to maintain a position are very demanding and stressful.
