What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are now mostly home based and have found creative ways to engage and know each other. Good riddance to hybrid meetings.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company should compensate the D&I work of ERG leaders and should do more to utilize and compensate the skills of workers who have experienced discrimination within the company.
