The company limits the number of people that can achieve the highest rating on performance reviews, and the best scores are reserved for favorites of senior management. HR is used as a tool to suppress/intimidate employees while supplying misinformation.

JACKSON: Hard to move up to other higher positions easy to progress in entry position. Some nepotism. Good benefits but pay could be more competative. People who work there are generally nice and easy to work with.

They are financially exploited and being vulnerable they cannot speak up. How can a institution like this exist in beautiful BC. Disgraceful that this is happening to senior

PGT Innovations: They are in it to exploit the vulnerable defenceless seniors. Financial exploitation is their motto. Look at their reviews. They take such high fees make sure that they allocate the least amount of money for the seniors. They pay accounts late resulting in late fees being charged. Not transparent

Vonage: Vonage is a place where you can live out to your best potential. The management so far has been very good and checks in with me almost daily to see if I need anything. The onboarding experience has been very good and given me a chance to start some friendships across the globe.

Match.com: Needs to treat their members with respect and listen to members complains. Also, it should not be obsessive about security and becoming annoying to members. Checking all the time on members is intrusive and show no respect for privacy. Having customer service personnel too narrow minded is not good
Kirkland's: I perform the work of 3 people , feel appreciated by my manager and fellow workers and customers but not at all by anyone in upper management. Way too much expected of all employees. I pride myself on a good work ethic and do my utmost at every task. Low pay and uncaring by management is too much!

I believe in our founder's vision and our President's message but within the business we are not always aligned. I think I make a positive impact. Important to have a manager who goes to bat.
Sunday River Skiway: True agony. Long hours, hard, hard work, demanding bosses, upset customers, generally pissy staff members- not a great experience.
Sunday River Skiway: The customer service reps (i.e. front desk workers, servers, maid service) are all exceptional- they just work at a horrid establishment. The new carpets in Grand Summit help, but there were roaches infested there pre-covid, so new carpets was necessary. I'm grossed out at Sunday River now.

Sunday River Skiway: You go to work anxious because you never know what you will be doing for the day, but it generally involves doing more than one persons job, but only getting paid for one. We are always scrambling for something. It is a madhouse every time I work and it's stressful to no end. Do not work here!

Barracuda Networks: I've had the opportunity to explore multiple positions across various departments and ultimately become a leader. The culture is incredible and I've made many lifelong friends.
Dyson: Breaks often. Not super difficult to fix, but they really don't last more than about three years. It eventually becomes cheaper to buy another vacuum than to keep replacing broken parts on the old, in much less time than you would hope.
