Bob's Discount Furniture: Customer service is key to keeping me coming back. The Chesapeake location, though very new, feels like it has seasoned salespeople who care about ensuring their customers are satisfied with the product and price.
Red Robin: It started out okay. But has gotten worse as I've been here. I was flourishing here. Then we got new management and now it's like I'm stagnating and being pushed out of my store despite being loyal and hard working and always showing up to work with a great attitude. Whole thing is disenchanting.

I called their customer service four times and spoke with a supervisor twice. Following the supervisor's directions, I filed a dispute with Wells Fargo.
Beacon Hill: I enjoy working at my company. I do wish that there were more in office perks and I do believe that I am not making a lot of money as a first year professional and that makes it difficult to want to stay and keep growing because it is hard to balance finances.

Sonos: Fix the basic ability to play music without dropouts and a fast and responsve experience. The app is horrid - im a product designer and it breaks so many UX best practices - really bad at pretty much everything it tries to do and much worse than the app it replaced.

Sonos: They broke the app two months ago and in that time, havent fixed it. Unlike other apps, with Sonos, when the app breaks you can use the hardware. So they need to fix the app because they just broke all of my hardware as a result, making it worthless.

Sonos: Secure that the app works. After the update and the move to cloud over local it is impossible to control the system and speakers

Sonos: I like the sound, the functionality of their products and the speakers blend in better compared to other speakers. Sonos is the Apple of home cinema and multiroom speakers.

Great Clips: I just wanna start by saying that I am a person who has worked at Great Clips since I was 17 years . Over the last 25 years, I made 7.25 a hour, as a receptionist when I was 17 years old. Now granted I have worked for three different Great Clips locations. My pay has never been more than $11 an hour

Risepoint: I enjoy coming to work each day and the impact we have with our partners.
Sonos: Rollback the failed deployment of the app and allow customers to enjoy music once again. The app launch has been a disaster on many fronts.
Enshored: Everything. From the supports, co-workers and the management.
Vrbo: VRBO customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They use phone reps. that have very little to no training. They have no authority to fix problems or the skills or training to help with any issues or problems. I have recommended my friends not list with VRBO.
Risepoint: Risepoint has been a great change from the work I have done in the past that is overwhelming and allowed for no work/life balance.
Sonos: They totally destroyed the relationship with longtime customers with their most recent app update.
Risepoint: Risepoint is a wonderful company to work with. They do their best to do right by their employees.

It's not the executive team is doing poorly there are just unknows for now. They say the right things so we will see.
