Enshored: It was just like any other normal BPO office. It just feels unfair that an employee can be upskilled to do online tasks (which means more work to do compared to other offline employees) without being given additional compensation.
ContactPoint360: Training was the best and was able to meet leaders that became friends with. I like the team that I'm handling now as they are young and interesting. My compensation package is average and I need to wait for 6 months to be able to have an HMO (not the usual BPO experience).

The money that they are providing with their activities should be allocated for agents allowances or increase in basic pay. This is the only company I know in the BPO industry that doesn't give employees any allowances.
