They treat us casually like how a friend would while also clearly defining boundaries between us in regard to work and personal life.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The additional package from the client themselves, while it's not a huge sum, certainly does help out with paying bills and general work motivation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Camaraderie and professionalism. Also, the fact that they understand the company and are able to give advice and best practices is also greatly appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way the agents are disseminated into their respective areas per account is done in a way that agents can work comfortable without disturbing other accounts.
