Training Is good well explained and people are very approachable especially Advocates and TL's, you can make really good friends and very open for all especially who is looking for a job while studying and they are diverse interms of LGBTQ+ also they have activities that you can join to earn extra

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is really Good but its more fantastic is they offer incentives and bonuses in that way employees will strive harder to earn extra credits.

Very approachable, easy to get a long with in the type of environment its eagers me to come to work regularly with a smile on my face .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is diverse and i enjoy it on how active they are in terms of activities especially engagement this company is not only referring to intellectual and skills they also want the employees to showcase our creativeness and talent
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What i like the best is when OM and TM will going to interact with us and how they cared about us physically and mentally, how they were very hands on with their responsibilities here in the company as well as uplift each every individual to be better everyday. Especially my Team Leader Shamcey.
