I love the friendship I have built with few of my teammates.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most of the time happy when I do my job correctly and that's what I always try to do best. Because one single mistake can make you be treated offensively.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I always believe that if leaders have good and harmonious relationship with each other, performance of the team will likely be excellent. Leadership in our team is mediocre since there is no unity, no proper communication, and would only discouraged agents.
