The team leader, the coworkers and the bond we share together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team leaders are great with their job BUT some are lowkey intimidating. Also, some TLs don't know the other processes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are approachable and really helpful when you need help with the cases you are taking. Also, they're fun to be with. <3
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As of the moment, I can't really say anything as the compensation for our NEO has not been credited yet and it's been more than a month now.
