What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company should provide incentives. We are working to get paid, and if we feel satisfied, that is the time we may feel excited to go to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They should provide perfect attendance incentives, food allowances, annual appraisals, and also on-time HMO benefits because I still didn't receive my HMO. I was hired on the 7th of August 2023, and until now (the 14th of June 2024), I still haven't received it.
