The company is great. But some personnel's are very arrogant and unapproachable regarding some sort of concerns. I will not mention any names but I know you guys will take note this one and look for that specific personnel that I am talking to

My co-teammates are so kind and we are working together to sort out some issues about our work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm actually good in regards on my compensation since I don't have experience in this industry but Overtime will much be appreciated if this will be given to us employee
