Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I was extremely excited and bought in when I first started. In just over a year, there have been multiple layoffs company-wide, shake ups within my department, and movement of my duties offshore thereby changing how I do my job. I feel less valued.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not just reacting and then making excuses.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Laid back atmosphere that is supportive and understanding.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being left alone and allowed to do my job.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Permissive PTO and the supportive culture to back it up.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Reasonable premiums with some employee options paid fully by employer.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Recognition of work-life balance and the culture that supports that.

Open, transparent communication that is shared via regularly scheduled Town Hall meetings.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Similar work ethic, open to questions, and giving support when it's needed.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Ask when you are unsure of something. Don't wait to be told, be proactive, take ownership.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Consistent open and honest communication. Many outlets for asking questions and a WIDE-open door at all times.

What makes you most happy at work?

Staying busy, having people on the team to answer questions, and a sense of accomplishment at the end of each day.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There are many different ways for us to connect even though we are remote. All have been welcoming and are very patient and helpful.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working here checks a lot of boxes regarding my overall well-being by working for a company that adheres to my values, being in harmony with others, and solving problems and exposing myself to new ideas/opportunities.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Many of the benefits are free to the employee. Internal equity was discussed in my very first interview, so I knew they were serious about overall employee compensation and ensuring a fair and consistent practice across the board.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

A focus on the employee needs. An open understanding that there are opportunities for learning and to take advantage of those during the workday. Permissive PTO and managers who actually go above and beyond to make sure you take the time for yourself and your family.
