I was reluctant at first because I had heard some wild stories about Paycom, but I can attest, that my experience is literally the antithesis of every negative thing I had heard. I'm thankful to be a part of the team!

Freddy's Frozen Custard: I work with a manager at Freddy's in the Orange Grove location, he's super nice and gets along with everybody however when it comes to reliable hours and having enough people staffed for the week he never schedules appropriately. We've had multiple complaints held by multiple customers.
