The most positive aspect is the focus on collaboration and inclusivity. Team members are encouraged to contribute their unique perspectives, which fosters innovation and continuous learning. The company emphasizes a supportive work environment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Government's increase in basic pay to address inflation, haven't been reflected. Other companies offer more competitive pay & benefits for similar roles, which makes the disparity more noticeable. Aligning compensation with market standards & introducing additional benefits would motivate and help.

What makes you most happy at work?

opportunity for continuous learning and being involved in new and exciting projects. The chance to gain practical insights and expand my knowledge about how businesses operate in reality truly excites me. While improvements needed in compensation and benefits, the dynamic learning is exciting.
