currently i am happy with my work-life balance. But , honestly it was not the same few years back. regarding job security, I don't feel much secure and i think that might be because of the current economy status.

I have a smart, helpful and reliable team. I feel, I have the best team and manager across the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As an GCS employee, I admire, how my executive team think out of the box to make sure not only customer's , we employees are also valued equally.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love to come to work at office. I enjoy chit chatting with my co-workers. I am basically an introvert , but i find myself talking non-stop with my colleagues .
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is a personal opinion. I am happy with my current pay. But considering the pay for the same role in RWC and other peer companies in Canada, I feel Toronto is underpaid. For employee retention i would suggest a similar pay across North American regions.
