Its an amazing place to work. Only this I suggest is , Return to office compliance should me monthly instead of weekly compliance

3 days work from home in a week
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
2 Days work from office and 3 days work from home is a good thing. But they should make this a monthly compliance rather than a weekly compliance. I mean , it should be 8 days work from office in a month rather than 2 days a week compliance.
