Coordination between the team is very good, we all stand with the company goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility is good within the team. But work wise nowadays it's becoming mundane but before this we were very much excited to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People who are newly recruited have better compensations than the people staying back here, which in turn helps us rethink all our decisions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can see there is a lot change in leadership team which is not so stable, this will make us lose our confidence in our company's goals
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility in office timings, sometime we work 5 hrs a day when not required sometimes 12-13 hrs straight from home. Having work from home is better since we don't have to waste 3-4 hrs of our daily time in travel.
