Everyone is very friendly, coworkers are easily reachable, we share the load together, complex issues discussions openly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is not as per market standard and experience. Even recently from this current year we could see that employee has to pay $500 as deductible first for start availing medical benefits from Kaiser.
