Esri: On a scale of 1-10, 6.8. The teams I have worked on have been fantastic but I don't attribute that to ESRI but to the people on those teams. Corporate undervalues a lot of positions which is why you will typically hear that ESRI is below market pay, even when taking in to consideration benefits.

Encora: Everything in the organization is good and I am happy to be a part of it except problems which are created by my manager to the entire team. He creates unwanted and unrelated pressure to the entire team asking us unrelated questions which even the next level team is also not aware of it.

Encora: I joined in Aug 2022, I got eligible for performance review in Jan 2024. Working for 18 months straight without any salary hike, and still at the end of it I received only 5% hike on my previous compensation. Project's doing great in sales and the annual growth, btw.

Encora: In my 2 years of experience here, not a single business trip handled by the company went smoothly. There is always a nuisance, be it a delay in booking a ticket/accommodation, a delay in the allowance reimbursement, etc. My salary and benefits are not competitive at all.
