
The information being discussed in HQ, NYC and London is not coming in here. Despite this, the views of this special market country/region are not taken into account, work is getting more silo and personnel/organizational changes are made by HQ who do not know the market and culture of this region.
My direct boss does not understand reality, and the three people who have worked under him until now have quit. His boss, the SVP, does not understand at all why these three people quit, and it is clear that the Exit Interview provided by HR was not shared with them.

Not satisfied with benefits and office environment. (Few benefit, not comfortable office) Working at home is much better and efficient, however, the company ask us to go to the office 3 days per week. As a result, very few employee come to the office.
