I really enjoy working at Elsevier. My role is challenging and fast paced enough for me. However, what I would say is that its a very complex organisation and it can take a little while to get your head around. Overall, my experience has been great, my direct management team are fantastic.

The ability to work flexibly and remotely is amazing. There is no expectation for you to go into the office and you can fit work around your schedule.

The culture is nice and the work is challenging. I feel like every week I do something new or challenging and to achieve this all of my peers are supportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but I am not sure what what the pay bands at Elsevier are or the scale my peers are on. Aside from this, I feel valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone wants to collaborate, learn for each other and if we ever get anything wrong there is no finger pointing, we just collectively work together to resolve the issue and amend our internal processes.
