base pay and medical insurance which earlier was better but recent changes making us pay huge co-pay

I am generally a person who always looks for alternate approaches and solutions with the latest available technology to make it more productive, that can solve tedious tasks that also help my day to job and keep me excited.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
company has seen a huge transformation in the last 10 years journey and we have been strong and never lost focus on the path we want to continue, and we have always been right on every step forward which makes us prouder and stronger
