They recognize the talents and never miss to appreciate . also their startegic plans to keep INFA always high
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the efforts i put in project assigned and how my efforts are valued by customer and MSM and DMs , it didnt reflect in appraisal. Completly disappointed with 2023 appraisal.
