The support organization is structured around meeting the customer's needs. Honesty and transparency within that org doesn't really exist, and the managers are expected to lie to employees.

Very top-heavy team, technically. Which makes it easier for us to solve hard problems/cases.

Clear messaging. Very open and clear about company goals and what is being done to meet them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly? CVS / CareMark is a PITA for Rx benefits, UNUM is horrid as a disability provider, and payscales are too low.
