So We have our leadership team talking about different orgs in company in different meetings but never have I ever heard GCS getting enough priority for the work they do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The way how I am being compensated is not at all fair or competitive to the current market and current inflation, I have observed ion many other companies where pay is almost 30-35% higher for the same work we do here.
