Conduent: My work pays mine and my family bills, I don't complain about how much I get paid but the conditions the work environment at Conduent Guatemala is very toxic, transphobic, homophobic classist and full of nepotism. We have lack of A/C, good transportation, clean stations and food vendors' access.

Shoppers Drug Mart: Maybe just teamwork and all management need to lead and train their employees properly and know their roles and responsiblities and being held accountability for not providing the proper tools in maintaining a healthy working enviroment. There is no Blue Culture at all in our store or head office
