My teammates are fun to work with and there's no feeling of toxic competition within our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a beautiful workplace. Each floor has its own theme and we have musical instruments, table tennis, pools that teammates can use to wind down and have fun at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our team leads uphold and always honor the practice of transparency, being goal-oriented without pushing people over the edge, and are genuine. At our company, team leads treat associates like people, not just numbers. This is what makes TaskUs different.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the fact that my office does not look like a boring company, physically. In the BPO industry most of the time offices looks "blant" and more like sad hallways of hospitals with depression and stress looming throughout the air. In TaskUs, the ambiance is light and fun
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have unplanned leaves and you are not judged and gaslighted when you use them as needed, even if you really need time off from work for your health. Our HMO includes dental coverage which is pretty expensive in the Philippines if you'll just pay for it out of your pocket.
