What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Ambiance, working environment, recreational area. Leisure time/place.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing's exciting here in Lizzy's watchtower. Site is so dull and boring.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening. Being human. Stop with the favorites. And be a people first advocates.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Stop being easily offended. The world does not revolve around a single person.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher salary. Our salary is not competitive compared to other companies that has content moderator positions. When it comes to health care, managers or leaders get more coverage than us teammates who can't even pay for our health concerns.
