Leadership is very accessible especially in a global matrix organization. Communication of shared goals is regular and much work is done by the team to listen and provide direction and alignment.

The team aligns on goals and is open to new ideas and sharing best practices. Great respect for each other as individuals and the need to have a good work/life balance to be effective.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

As a global matrix organization it takes time to learn how to maneuver within the company. As a company on the forefront of sustainability and the culture supports growth for the individual employee and encourages leadership in the global battle of climate change.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Annual reviews to keep compensation relevant. Many opportunities to move throughout the company from a global perspective. Employees tend to stay loyal and there is a large push to hire a young diverse workforce there are many employees who have stayed with the company for decades.
