Schneider Electric is a horrible to work as an hourly employee. Below average pay, harrassing supervision, and they will not honor collective bargaining agreements we have in place.

Schneider Electric USA hires recent college grads, makes them supervisors of employees and the supervisors know very little about the job being performed. A very unprofessional company.
