Because i am free to bring in my own ideas and use my skills to accomplish my task. Also, i love the flexibility at my workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued as a contract staff because we are paid 10 times lesser than our colleague who are full staff. We are not entitles to alot of benefit the full staff has.
