Just started but already see so much room for growth and feel valued by everyone

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Always checking in to make sure I am doing okay and ask if I need anything. They are willing to help me no matter what.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Being an intern, I rarely receive anything due to legality. However, at Schneider, they make sure I receive as much as legally possible to keep a good work-life balance.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I am able to talk to people about more than just work. I am able to form real connections and relationships with people that I otherwise might not have.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone always says hi and we have a common goal of making the world a better place. With this common goal, we are all able to work together and help each other out.

What makes you most happy at work?

Interacting with the people. Being in HR, I see people from all areas of the company. I love simply getting to know everyone and feeling as if I am able to make a difference in their work life.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was able to honestly share about my strengths and weaknesses. I will say some of the questions felt a little repetitive, but overall they were good questions that looked at who I am and how I could grow in the company. They also stress that it is not just them trying to pick me but me picking them
