What did you like most about the interview process?
It was something new for me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning n applying what you've learned until you fully understand the process of what you're doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't know. Being a contractor you don't experience what was mentioned three pages before this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work culture balance. The negative n positive has it's role but at the end of the day the guys always pushes through n leave work with a smile.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When push comes to shuff we deliver n the communication between the gents are always evolving for instance we reading each other before jumping on a task n create space for each other to complete our work this getting more out of a day's work.
