It was a LONG time ago that I interviewed; 13 years ago! But it was a relevant and comfortable process back then, like it is now.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are creative and diligent. Our goals are based on sound reasoning with ambitious intent, but are still attainable. Our leaders believe in our people and have high expectations for our people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility and balance are most positive to me. We have high expectations for people, but still respect and value work-life balance. We can do hard things together to solve problems at work but don't demand "always on all the time" mentality.
