What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring teams are transparent throughout, you can really tell they put the candidate at the center of the process

They are great professionals, I know everyone I work with is doing what is right for the customer and therefore we all have common goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are empowered to be professionals, no one cares about the little things that feel like micromanaging. It is a very collaborative and inclusive environment
What makes you most happy at work?
I am amazed I get to be part of a 144,000 person large company that has been around since the 1800s- I get to learn every day from a company that has figured something unique out!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have been generously compensated throughout my career- as the roles get more challenging the compensation is in line with the challenge. Also, the benefits I 'forget' about - 401K, PTO, holidays, healthy & wellness support, etc- there is so much more beyond the compensation
