Terrible!!! No regard for lower level employees at the El Paso plant! Emilio is totally unfair and does not work professionally with his women employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better communication, no favoritism and better appreciation for ALL employees not just management and leads. Line workers are the ones doing the work. But no credit is given. Requesting better safety measures in this PANDEMIC.
