current team is not really a great example. But my network of experts is amazing, open and supportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In multi cultural environment, I can easy recognize different treatment along with the lack of willingness to adapt. As for compensation it has substantial differences for the same grade.
