What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop focusing on sales! Stop hiring more salespeople! Stop only showing what sales is doing at every large company meeting! This is a common theme that the execs seem to keep missing. Make our product better and stop talking about sales, sales numbers, bookings and the things only THEY care about.

Base salary is good, health plan is good.

United Health Care is one of the lesser companies health care companies. Many of the providers I used to use won't do business with United Health Care. So I guess its that I have coverage and won't have to pay a fine to the government for not having coverage

This year our health insurance deductible went up. I was unhappy about it until I spoke with some ex-employees who shared their experience with health insurance at their new companies. All had higher deductibles and several were only offered high deductible plans.

We are all acutely aware that sales is the only thing the execs care about and the product only needs to work long enough to for us to be sold. Exec team needs to listen to our EXISTING clients.

Make the damn product work consistently. If we do that, the bookings will come with little to no effort on our part.
