Personally, I'm grateful for everything that the company does for me and everyone. I feel inflation has gone too high and it has been a little hard to manage everything with the compensation package currently.

A large part of it is due to the effects of rapid inflation on the value of our money; it just doesn't cover as much as it use to. It would take either a drastic decrease in inflation and interest rates on loans, or annual increases in compensation the match or exceed the rate of inflation.

About 98% of people at SMITH need retraining. People who have been here 20+ yrs still make fireable offenses and mistakes with nothing but a slap on the wrist. For this to get better, SMITH would need an entire restructuring. When employees see things like this, confidence and trust is lost in VP/CO

Get rid of the ageism and nepotism. This company spouts family then lies to your face on wages. How horrible Clay 1 and 2 are treated compared to Hollister. The office building is filled with reps that don't know what they're doing and "hot interns" - Lee Ackerley. We see their priorities.

You give and you get, these words does not match. How much you work how much you get right? but it's not happening. I think what's wrong is not the right question. I deny it respectfully. because nothing is wrong. Company has to improve payments monthly/yearly fairness to the employees. new and old.
