more job opportunities in the U.S majority of jobs are being taken away from us and while I love our people outside of U.S it feels like slowly we are drifting away from here. Office vibe is also not anonymous for leadership we cannot say our thoughts with out it linking to us and our team.

My compensation and my role does not match the tasks that are assigned to me and the expectations placed on me.

Many people get a bonus, I do not. The benefits could be better, they are ok. Sales gets everything and they rest of the departments have to be on a strict budget. We can't even afford the team to get together yearly and we can't do team activities. If you look at market value I am under paid.

I know we are in the process of building, and I appreciate that. My team and I go far beyond what we were originally hired to do; I hope that in the future, our work is compensated in line with other teams. Many of us came from higher-paying jobs and we stay because we love our bosses and our jobs.

compensation is a difficult topic, I believe that if I were fired and rehired I will be hired at a much higher salary base and knowing that is demotivating because we are valuing the external talent higher than the internal talent
