Take in more outside ideas, truly live the company values - if employees come first, treat them and pay them that way vs banging your chests about how SPS will never be on the top end of the pay scale - when our old CEO made $20m last year, and new CEO made $7m on day one.

I have a master's degree and even though it is not in a business field, I feel like my master's degree should be accounted for in my compensation. I also feel like looking at pay for similar positions at other companies, SPS is on the low end of the spectrum

I think SPS is extremely high-school esque. It seems like people only stick with the people that they know and don't show a willingness to open up to others and talk to someone they don't know. Makes someone feel like they can only talk to their own team.

We need to retain sales people by increasing compensation to be competitive and reward top performers, rather than penalize them for their strong performance with unrealistic quota increases YoY. The revolving door of sales reps makes the job miserable and is hindering our ability to grow.

SPS very much has a "bro" culture and it's very male dominated. My team specifically is all men with the exception of me and one other woman, so it's very unwelcoming to me as I come from female dominated workplaces and it's been difficult to connect with a team of all men.

One of our values is Employees Come First; however, the post-COVID changes have shown that this is definitely not the case. Employees are being forced to change their established lives by doing more days in the office without any reasonable or measurable rationale.

Don't appreciate the stress on daily activity. I could easily spam out okay messaging everyday, but quality messaging takes time and additional effort and I feel pressured to push less than great emails just to meet metrics. Slightly missed activity numbers does not necessarily mean lack of effort.

The sales culture is going down hill quickly. Management/executives do not trust the employee, and that they are doing their due diligence to maximize ARR. Creating a toxic micromanaging environment. Losing the culture that sets SPS apart from the rest is very concerning.
