What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the talent they hire. Why bring in talent to make change and then not listening their expertise? Also, I'd make sure the software (CATALYST) is fully baked before launching into the field to disrupt our partner relationships. Better at Leadership over dictatorship.

Not being able to be promoted or promote someone until they have been here for a year does not support career growth. My direct reports have been underutilized due to constrictive HR policies.
