The leadership team is incredibly transparent. Everyone in the company is clear about where they company and what our role in that is. I love that twice per month, we can ask any questions we want of our executive team. Some people have asked awkward questions, and they get answered!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Hands down, the best part of my compensation package is the RRSP / retirement savings matching program. I've been able to save almost twice as much as I would have on my own, with the generous contributions that the company makes to my future in return for my tenure.

I haven't had a salary increase or equity refresh beyond very small and not very meaningful tokens. I'm almost completely vested in my equity so nothing holding me at Momentive.

All of the executive leadership team are in the US so I feel disconnected from them. It would be nice to have some international representation in that group. It's similar in my own team and again I feel disconnected from leadership who are many timezones away.
