It has been a great experience overall for my past 13 years. What I appreciate the most is the culture - feeling like I can be myself, that I'm part of a family, and that the company values me. And there is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow here - I have never been bored!

It's a balanced package with a strong base salary, company stock, and a bonus that incentivizes working hard
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate well, are approachable and engaging, intelligent, honest, and seem to care about the people and the customers alike. It has been a great place to work for the last 13 years!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone gets along here (for the most part). And even across departments, people work together to help each other out. It's expected in our culture that everyone is for the good of the whole vs. looking out for themselves above others.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the culture. That all stems from great leadership that takes good care of us and works hard to make this a fun and inclusive environment. When I first started here, I only expected to work here for a couple years. 13 years later, I'm still happy here. This is my family :)
