What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very methodical with plenty of communication around expectations, next steps, timeline of events and follow up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't say our total compensation is in keeping with the other technology companies in the area. Base salary is but bonuses and stock awards seem pretty low in comparison. Similarly, our medical benefits are costly and we don't get a match on our 401K until after a year...
