Good company but horrible managment i was suppose to recieve compensation for three employees that I recommended. First they said they dont do it anymore even tjough their was a flyer in our back office, then she said its not 500$ anymore its 200$ then she said uou waited to long to provide document

Making customers so satisfied that they not only leave good reviews, come back, and of course recommend us to family and friends
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because on indeed its saying 15-20$ Hourly plus base while I make much less then that. A slap in the face to someone who stuck around while we shuffled through 8 different managers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more straigtfowarf and they need to appreciate the persons that have been working for tbr comapny 4+ years and actually compensate them not hire some people that tarnish the reputation we so hardly worked for
