Over all a great company. I feel northeast lacks white women as retail managers and upper management despite the company over all is in a good place.

Family like atmosphere. Amusing and work hard.

Busy days that team is flowing as one.

Dm and RSM are humble and realistic and fair
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a RAM it's mediocre. Used to be high volume incentive. Say over extending creates cash would be best part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The vibe in my store is not typical. We have a chemistry like no other. It's not the company in my opinion it's my store.
