Company is focused around a rah-rah culture that is extremely forced and disingenuous. Freier is easily the worst executive I've ever encountered, constantly puts foot in mouth and causes bts disruptions making progress 10x more difficult than necessary and has surrounded himself with "Yes people"

Concise and consistent direction, driving efficient work streams to achieve results
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm not sure there's anything positive about the culture at this point
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is pretty good, but seeing a lot of employees not receive base compensation increases while executives get significant YoY increases and company reports "best quarter and year ever" is pretty terrible
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Less two faced, more experienced in organizations rolling to them, be a little more relatable and less corporate stooges. It's been a real shame watching things go downhill across the board once Freier was given more control, i havent spoken to a single person who likes him or thinks he's doing well
